• Discovery Calls: Booking a call via our calendar link does not create a client–service relationship until a separate engagement agreement is signed.
• Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no‑shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.
• Confidentiality: Any information shared during calls will be treated as confidential, except as required by law.
